How to prepare for cleaning day?

There’s no need to clean before we arrive, but we kindly ask that you tidy up personal items as much as possible. This helps our team focus on delivering detailed, high-quality cleaning for you. Please note that, to avoid any inconvenience, our cleaners are not permitted to organize or move personal belongings.

For your reference, the following tasks are not included in our services:

  • Washing or putting away dishes

  • Laundry or folding clothes

  • Garage cleaning

Is there a cancellation policy?

YES, cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled cleaning cost.

What payment methods are available for the cleaning service?

Payment is due on the day of service. We accept checks and credit cards; however, cash is not an accepted form of payment. For convenience, many clients choose to leave a check on the kitchen table, payable to : ATTENTIVE CLEANING HOME SERVICES.
